India– Afghanistan hammered Bangladesh in the second T20 cricket game at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Dehradun India. Afghanistan wins their first major T20 series against a full-time member of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Afghanistan outclassed Bangladesh in almost all forms and made an astonishing comeback against Bangladesh not even their most ardent supporters had expected them to win.
Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 134/8. Tamim Iqbal remained the highest scorer from the Bangladesh side scoring 43 off 48 balls.
Rashid Khan once again proving his class took four wickets.
Afghanistan started its innings pretty well with Mohammad Shahzad and Usman Ghani. Shahzad scored 24, Usman Ghani 21, Samiullah with highest number off runs 49. Mohammad Nabi made crucial 31 off 15 balls and wrapping up Afghanistan innings with a massive six.
Afghanistan won the three matches T20 series with two nil.
