HPC, Ulema delegation in Indonesia for peace talks

KABUL: A joint delegations of High Peace Council (HPC) and Ulema council have arrived in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, to discuss the Afghan peace efforts, HPC tweeted on Tuesday.

The tweet said the delegation arrived in Indonesia on Monday in order to discuss peace process with government officials.

The officials initially met with the foreign ministry. The Indonesian Foreign (would it be Affairs, or Ministry here?)office said the Ulema from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Indonesia would hold a meeting.

Deputy head of HPC Mulvi Abdul Khaiber Auchqon, member of ulema council, Mulvi Attaullah Loddin, deputy minister for the ministry of justice Mulvi Qasem Halim, Pir Mohammad Rohani president advisor Enayatullah Balkhi are part ofthe delegations.

The delegation includes HPC secretariat head Dr. Akram Khpelwak and Dr. Zeerak Yousafi, another member of secretariat .
